Lets kick off the adventure with the beach vibes of Playa del Carmen, then venture inland to the iconic ruins of Chichen Itzá. Spend the night in Valladolid, a traditional Mayan pueblo, where you’ll discover storied traditions and delicious local cuisine. We will cool off with a dip in the fresh waters of a crystal-clear cenote, fall in love with Mérida’s charm, and wrap up your trip in Tulum with its white sand, trendy beach clubs, and seaside ruins.

Itinerary:
Day 1: Playa del Carmen
• Arrive at any time.
• Welcome Meeting: Meet your trip host and group.
Day 2: Playa del Carmen - Valladolid
• Leave Playa del Carmen and travel by private van to Chichen Itzá for a guided tour.
• Travel to the nearby town of Valladolid.
• Orientation walk through Valladolid, enjoy the colorful colonial architecture, and explore the streets on your own.
Day 3: Valladolid - Izamal
• Free morning to explore the market or swim in a nearby cenote.
• Depart around 11 am by private bus to the small Mayan town of Izamal.
• Orientation walk through Izamal, admire the colorful colonial architecture, and the yellow-painted homes and buildings.
• Enjoy a Yucatan food experience, sampling regional dishes and learning about traditional cuisine.
Day 4: Izamal - Mérida
• Travel by private bus to Mérida, visiting 2-3 different cenotes along the way.
• Swim to see the cave formations up close.
• Included lunch near one of the cenotes before arriving in Mérida in the afternoon.
Day 5: Mérida
• City Tour and free afternoon to explore Mérida and its surroundings.
• Option to visit the Mayan ruins of Uxmal or explore the main square and historic buildings of Mérida.
Day 6: Mérida
• Another free day to explore Mérida and its surroundings.
• Option to visit the Mayan ruins of Uxmal or explore the main square and historic buildings of Mérida.
Day 7: Mérida - Tulum
• After breakfast, depart Mérida and travel to Tulum.
• Guided tour of the Tulum Mayan ruins.
• Free time to wander around town or head to the beach.
• Optional final night out with the group.
Day 8: Tulum
• Adios Amigos! Depart at any time.

Our trip starts in Playa del Carmen and ends in Tulum, There are 2 international airports closeby. You can fly into Cancun (CUN) and fly out of Tulum new airport (TQO). You should organise your flights accordingly.
You can arrive at any point on the first day.
You can leave at any time on the last day. There are no activities scheduled for that day.
Airport transfer is provided upon arrival at the beginning of the trip. For departure, we recommend travelers take either a bus or private taxi to the airport.
Yes, our standard prices are based on sharing a twin hotel room with another person of the same gender. If you prefer a private room, this option is available for an additional cost. Please inform us at the time of booking.

Upon receipt of your booking request, we will send you an electronic invoice for a $250 USD deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before the trip commences. If your booking is made within 60 days of departure, the full balance is due at the time of booking
No, the deposit is non-refundable.

We can either split your balance into even monthly payments, or we can set it up so you can pay any smaller amounts as and when you like.

Two months before your trip you will receive a comprehensive pre-trip pack which tells you everything you need to get prepared for the trip (including info on visas, vaccinations & packing lists).
In general, most of our guests don’t need visas to come to Mexico.
Yes, we cater to various dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other requirements. We ensure that there are suitable options available for you at the restaurants we visit. However, please note that the variety of options may differ from what you are accustomed to in your home country.
In the week leading up to the trip, we will create a WhatsApp group comprising all participants. This provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow travelers before the journey begins.
In general, yes, those are the hotels we use. Occasionally, we may need to substitute a specific hotel due to reasons such as unavailability on the specified dates or undergoing renovations. In such cases, we will always replace it with another hotel of equivalent quality
The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel at any point, you can use it as credit towards any future trip you book with us.The remainder of the balance is refundable up until two months before the trip. After that point, we must commit funds to local suppliers, so the refund policy is as follows:
• 30-60 days before the trip: 50% refund
• 0-30 days before the trip: 0% refund
We strongly recommend that you secure travel insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen last-minute cancellations
